Toni Goodrich and Heather Trzuskowski are the mother/daughter directors of The Yoga Center of Greenwich. They have between them over 45 years of experience practicing and teaching yoga in California and in Greenwich, CT. They have studied all forms of Hatha Yoga, primarily with Bikram Choudhury, Tony Sanchez, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and David Swensen.
